Antrotic internal platform
Internal Operations Platform by Antrotic
Nexus is the private system Antrotic’s authorized teams use to manage people, appointment requests, scheduling, permissions, communications and online meetings in one place.
01 Platform
Antrotic Nexus brings together internal operations that would otherwise be spread across inboxes, spreadsheets and separate calendars. Every person in Nexus has a defined identity and role, and what they can see or change follows from that role.
Nexus is used only by people Antrotic has authorized. Access is granted, reviewed and removed by Antrotic.
Request received
The request is recorded against the right person and team.
Availability checked Google Calendar
Open times are compared with existing commitments, including Google Calendar free/busy when a calendar is connected.
Access verified
Permissions decide who may review, approve or schedule the request.
Scheduled Google Calendar
The confirmed appointment can be added to the connected Google Calendar.
Meeting prepared Google Meet
For online appointments, a Google Meet space is created and its link is shared with the participants.
Recorded
Significant changes are kept in an operational history for accountability.
02 Capabilities
Seven areas of internal operations, managed under the same identity, permission and audit model.
A single record for each person Nexus works with, with a clear identity, role and relationship to the organization.
Intake, review and tracking of appointment requests from first contact to completion.
Availability, time slots and conflict detection, so appointments land where they actually fit.
Role-based access that controls who can view, create, approve or change each kind of record.
Structured, trackable communication tied to the people and appointments it concerns.
Online meeting spaces, links and settings for appointments that take place remotely.
A record of significant actions and access decisions, available for review and accountability.
03 Google integration
Authorized users may connect a Google Account to Antrotic Nexus through Google’s OAuth authorization process. Nexus gains access only after the user reviews and explicitly approves the requested permissions on Google’s own consent screen.
Keeps appointments and calendars consistent.
Prepares online meetings for appointments.
04 Google user data
Nexus requests the narrowest Google permissions that support the features above, and accesses only the information those features need.
Antrotic Nexus’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
05 Security & control
Google access begins only with the user’s approval on Google’s consent screen.
Nexus requests only the Google permissions its current features require.
Stored Google credentials are encrypted, with the key kept separately from application data.
Role-based permissions govern what each authorized user can see and do.
Significant actions are recorded so they can be reviewed later.
Users can remove Google access from Nexus or from their Google Account.
Disconnecting Google inside Nexus requests OAuth revocation, removes the stored Google credentials and stops further Google operations. Events or meeting spaces already created in Google are not necessarily deleted and can still be managed there. Access can also be removed at any time from the Google Account permissions page.
